With what the current political involvement has done to our industry everyone needs to find new and innovative ways to reduce project cost while still providing a quality product on time. This reality is what has driven us to refine and obtain a process patent on our remote navigation service. Depending on ground conditions, our Navigators have the ability to steer multiple drills at a time, and are not required to be on site resulting in savings on all the housing, transportation, and excessive standby costs as well.
An example of the remote navigation process is as follows:
ArcAngle survey tech arrives at your project as early as possible to survey and stake out one or multiple HDD's.
ArcAngle Lead Navigation Tech receives and reviews all data with survey tech.
ArcAngle works with HDD Contractor on any suggested revisions to the HDD, to provide a preliminary bore profile to the client for review and approval.
ArcAngle survey tech assists with setup of remote navigation equipment and ensures all preliminary pre check paperwork is completed and agreed on by all parties.
ArcAngle Survey tech stays until pilot is started to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
ArcAngle Navigator works remotely throughout the pilot process, and completes a final As-Built and provides all drill data to client.
All ArcAngle equipment is shipped back to ArcAngle yard.
